"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

One suggestions about the end, where you tell folks to copy and paste the sig into a new image. You could also go to Image -> Trim and get rid of transparent pixels so that the empty space is cut off. Saves time, rather than Applying image, copying, new image, pasting.
Keep at it, though. Made a good Harley Quinn submission this week.
And should I just remove you from msn to save buddy space, as I never see you on there anymore? Or did you forget your password or something?

Lol yeah, I was wondering if the way I was making pop-out sigs was harder than it had to be. I'll try that xD
And I am SOSORRY about not being on MSN that much. I just forgot about it after a while. I'll probably be on it more often though.
